Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 waxy potatoes (about 600 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 3 Tbsps Canola oil
Instruction
- Peel and coarsely grate potatoes.
- Put potatoes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. With your hands, squeeze out excess moisture. Grate some nutmeg over the potato mixture.
- Heat the canola oil in a large non-stick skillet. Divide the potato mixture into 4 portions, add to the pan and flatten slightly.
- Cook until golden brown on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, then turn and finish cooking an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
