Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup low fat mayo
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (fresh)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Place the brussels sprouts in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
  • Add the kosher salt, black pepper, grated parmesan and garlic powder. Then toss to coat again.
  • Place the brussels sprouts on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or cooking spray). Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy and tender.
  • While the brussels sprouts are roasting, place all the ingredients for the aioli in a bowl and mix until combined. These are best served immediately.
