Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 90g butter, cubed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 200 C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder and stir through rolled oats.
- Rub through butter with your fingers until the mix resembles crumbs. Stir in honey, milk and raisins until well combined and chill for 2 hours.
- Remove from fridge and roll into balls, place on tray and slightly flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes.
