Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 90g butter, cubed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 200 C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  • In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder and stir through rolled oats.
  • Rub through butter with your fingers until the mix resembles crumbs. Stir in honey, milk and raisins until well combined and chill for 2 hours.
  • Remove from fridge and roll into balls, place on tray and slightly flatten with a fork.
  • Bake for 15- 20 minutes.
