Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes (cut into small cubes and wedges)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon herbs de provence
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko flakes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Slice potatoes in half, then slice into quarters. Place in a large bowl. (Do not peel the potatoes).
  • Add the olive oil and toss together to coat.
  • Add the panko/spice mixture and toss to evenly coat potatoes.
  • Pour potatoes onto a large baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft inside and crispy outside.
