Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes (cut into small cubes and wedges)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon herbs de provence
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Slice potatoes in half, then slice into quarters. Place in a large bowl. (Do not peel the potatoes).
- Add the olive oil and toss together to coat.
- Add the panko/spice mixture and toss to evenly coat potatoes.
- Pour potatoes onto a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft inside and crispy outside.
