Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) chickpeas (, drained and rinsed)
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Arrange chickpeas in single layer on baking sheet.
- Roast until crisp, about 45 minutes.
- Toss with kosher salt and serve.
