Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) chickpeas (, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Toss chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  • Arrange chickpeas in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Roast until crisp, about 45 minutes.
  • Toss with kosher salt and serve.
