Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 5.5 cups Squid ring (or tubes cut into rings)
  • 0.333 cup all-purpose flour
  • Sea salt
  • paprika
  • Lemon wedge (to garnish)

Instruction

  • Heat sufficient oil in a pan or pot (approx. 170°C | 340F).
  • Dust the squid rings in flour, knock off any excess and fry in the hot fat until golden brown. After about 2-3 minutes remove from the fat using a draining spoon and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  • Season with salt and paprika and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
