The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon(s) coconut oil
  • 1 pound(s) fresh organic Brussels sprouts
  • 1 package(s) andouille sausage (I got gluten-free, 4 to a package from Whole Foods)
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

Instruction

  • Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
  • Slice up the andouille sausage.
  • Melt the coconut oil. Toss with the Brussels sprouts coating them.
  • Add the andouille sausage.
  • Bake for 45 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Stir halfway through baking.
