- 1 tablespoon(s) coconut oil
- 1 pound(s) fresh organic Brussels sprouts
- 1 package(s) andouille sausage (I got gluten-free, 4 to a package from Whole Foods)
- - salt and pepper, to taste
Instruction
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
- Slice up the andouille sausage.
- Melt the coconut oil. Toss with the Brussels sprouts coating them.
- Add the andouille sausage.
- Bake for 45 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Stir halfway through baking.
