Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 pounds whole (not split) chicken wings
  • 2 1/2 Tbsps Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps baking powder
  • Optional: wing sauce of choice

Instruction

  • Pat the chicken wings dry really well with paper towels. Put them in a large bowl.
  • Add the Old Bay seasoning and baking powder, toss until the chicken is coated.
  • Place a wire baking rack over a lined baking sheet. Put the wings on the wire baking rack. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes, flip the wings half way through. Use an instant read thermometer to make sure they are above 165 degrees.
  • Serve the wings with your favorite sauce for dipping if desired.
