Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 7 yukon gold potatoes, sliced into thin fries 1/4″ thick
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme, diced
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, diced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/3 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • In a large bowl, mix fries, rosemary, minced garlic, thyme, olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Toss to coat everything.
  • Spread fries out on two baking sheets in a single layer.
  • Bake for 13-16 minutes. Remove from oven, flip the fries.
  • Bake for an addition 13-16 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
