The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 1/2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg white, beaten
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 450°F
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and fit a metal cooling rack on top of the foil
- Season the chicken thighs all over with salt, pepper, and paprika
- Arrange the chicken thighs skin side up on the prepared rack
- Brush them with the egg whites
- Reduce the oven temperature to 425°F
- Bake the chicken thighs until the internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read thermometer and the skin is crispy, about 30 minutes
- Transfer to a platter and serve alongside your favorite vegetable, grain or salad
- Note: The egg white is essential to achieving extra-crispy skin!
