Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 1/2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg white, beaten

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and fit a metal cooling rack on top of the foil
  • Season the chicken thighs all over with salt, pepper, and paprika
  • Arrange the chicken thighs skin side up on the prepared rack
  • Brush them with the egg whites
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 425°F
  • Bake the chicken thighs until the internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read thermometer and the skin is crispy, about 30 minutes
  • Transfer to a platter and serve alongside your favorite vegetable, grain or salad
  • Note: The egg white is essential to achieving extra-crispy skin!
