Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp chicken salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 kg chicken ribs
  • 1 tbs oil

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 200-220C degrees. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
  • Combine all ingredients except chicken and oil into a plastic zip lock bag.
  • Coat chicken with oil.
  • Place a handful of chicken into bag with seasoned flour and toss to coat. Place on to baking tray. Repeat with remaining chicken.
  • Spray chicken well to coat with cooking spray. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through and crispy, turning half way then spraying again with cooking spray.
