Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 1/2 kg chicken ribs
- 1 tbs oil
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 200-220C degrees. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients except chicken and oil into a plastic zip lock bag.
- Coat chicken with oil.
- Place a handful of chicken into bag with seasoned flour and toss to coat. Place on to baking tray. Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Spray chicken well to coat with cooking spray. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through and crispy, turning half way then spraying again with cooking spray.
