Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce or your favorite sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces
  • 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place a wire rack inside a baking sheet lined with foil. Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper. Place wings in a single layer skin side up on top of rack. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until wings are browned and crispy.
  • In a saucepan combine hot sauce and butter.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer and stir for 5-7 minutes.
  • Toss cooked wings with 3/4 cup of the sauce, reserving the rest to serve at the table. Serve immediately.
