The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5-7 chicken legs
  • 3 Tbsps Frank's Buffalo Ranch seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
  • kosher salt, pepper

Instruction

  • Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo ranch seasoning, baking powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture on all sides of the chicken legs.
  • Place the chicken on a wire baking rack over a lined baking sheet. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes, flip the chicken halfway through cooking.
