The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5-7 chicken legs
- 3 Tbsps Frank's Buffalo Ranch seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
- kosher salt, pepper
Instruction
- Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo ranch seasoning, baking powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture on all sides of the chicken legs.
- Place the chicken on a wire baking rack over a lined baking sheet. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes, flip the chicken halfway through cooking.
