Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
  • 3 cups green beans (rinsed)
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced and halved)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • dash of salt (prefer Himalayan)
  • sesame seeds

Instruction

  • In a large frying pan heat the oil on the stove on medium-high heat. Add the green beans, onions, and mushrooms, and saute for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add 1 more teaspoon of oil if it starts to stick to the pan.
  • Add the Teriyaki sauce. Toss to coat and remove from heat. Serve immediately and garnish with a dash of salt if needed and sesame seeds.
