Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 3 lbs chicken wings (tips removed)
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp seasoned salt
Instruction
- Mix all the seasoned flour ingredients together. Divide equally between 2 plastic bags.
- Place half of the wings in each bag; shake to coat with the flour mixture.
- Let the wings stand for about 10 minutes or until the seasoned flour coating begins to get sticky.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may have to do this in batches depending on the size of your fryer). Spray with some oil.
- Air fry at 360 degrees F for 13 minutes; turn and air fry at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes. Times may vary by the power of your fryer. Mines is 1800W.
- If you fry in batches, keep the cooked wings in a 200 degrees F oven to stay hot.
