Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2-3 tbsp. of cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
Instruction
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/2″ fries (try not to make thinner, or thicker) . Soak in water for minimum of one hour.
- When ready, drain water from bowl and lift fries out by the handful. Shake off excess moisture but don't completely dry. Put cornstarch in a ziplock bag and add fries. Keep a bit of air in the bag before securing shut and shake vigorously.
- Transfer to baking sheets, try not to overcrowd. Coat with melted coconut oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425° F. Once bottom of fries are crisp, flip them over and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
