- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (, softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (, or powdered sugar )
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream (, premade or store-bought)
Instruction
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Blend in the whipped cream just until smooth.
- Spread on top of crepes and add desired toppings.
