Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 12 ounce can white beans (drained (cannellini beans are good, as are white northern beans))
  • 3 tablespoons harissa (see my homemade harissa recipe, or use store bought)
  • 1/4 cup crema or sour cream (use a 1/2 cup for a creamier version)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt to taste

Instruction

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust for salt.
  • Scoop into a bowl and serve.
