Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instruction

  • Measure white wine vinegar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly. Continue whisking while slowly adding olive oil. Taste and adjust seasonings, as desired.
  • Store in the refrigerator (because of mayonnaise) but allow to come to room temperature for a few minutes and shake well before serving.
