  • 1 small yellow onion (72g, halved and chopped)

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • Juice of one lime (1 tablespoon)
  • 1/2 tablespoon tamari/liquid aminos
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
