Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ounces tomatillo salsa ((I use Herdez brand))
  • 1 large ripe avocado (peel and pit removed)
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or as a condiment for grilled chicken or fish tacos.
