Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 ounces tomatillo salsa ((I use Herdez brand))
- 1 large ripe avocado (peel and pit removed)
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a condiment for grilled chicken or fish tacos.
