Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (, pat dry)
- 6-8 slices Swiss cheeses
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (, divided)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- hot cooked rice (, for serving)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease a 9X13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and lay pieces in the bottom of your prepared pan. Layer the Swiss cheese slices over the chicken.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread this mixture over the chicken and cheese. Top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice.
