Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cod filets (roughly 6oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Instruction

  • Season your filets with salt and pepper. Then add the butter to a large saute pan and bring to medium high heat. 
  • Brown filets on both sides then take out of pan.
  • Add the cream cheese, cream, tomatoes, garlic and water to the pan. Whisk until the cheese is melted and everything comes together.
  • Add back the fish and spoon the sauce over the filets. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through. 
  • Serve immediately.
