Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cod filets (roughly 6oz each)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 oz cream cheese
Instruction
- Season your filets with salt and pepper. Then add the butter to a large saute pan and bring to medium high heat.
- Brown filets on both sides then take out of pan.
- Add the cream cheese, cream, tomatoes, garlic and water to the pan. Whisk until the cheese is melted and everything comes together.
- Add back the fish and spoon the sauce over the filets. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
