Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 oz. elbow pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place into a large bowl. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add flour and cook for a minute to brown. Add milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over medium heat, while whisking constantly until thickened. Mix sauce with pasta.
