Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 oz cooked shrimp ( peeled, deveined, and diced very small)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (minced)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2-3 tablespoons capers (minced)
  • Salt+Pepper to taste

Instruction

  • In a bowl, combine shrimp and onion
  • In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Whisk together until smooth
  • Add the lemon juice, dill, capers, and salt 
  • Add the dressing to the shrimp, mix well
  • Let the flavors combine in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Still well again before serving.
  • Serve with crostini, crackers, or a variety of vegetables
