Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 20 ounces medium shrimp (peeled, deveined and tails off)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
- 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter (divided)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instruction
- Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add in the butter and olive oil, then add in the shrimp. Sauté for a few minutes, until they are just turning pink, then remove and set aside.
- Add in the garlic and sauté for about 20 seconds, careful not to burn it! Then add in the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking while stirring often.
- Simmer on low for about 5 minutes or until thickened to your liking. Add the shrimp back in for about a minute, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Pour over zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash or shirataki noodles and serve!
