Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 3/4 cup plain or vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • optional: 1-2 tablespoons of honey to sweeten, if needed

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.  If you need to thin out the smoothie, add extra almond milk.
  • Taste, and add some honey if you’d like the smoothie to be sweeter.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra bee pollen, hemp seeds, and chia seeds, if desired.
