Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 each pork chop, boneless
  • 1 medium russet potato
  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 2 cup chicken broth, low-sodium
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 2 cup milk

Instruction

  • Chop up pork chop, potato and cauliflower.
  • Slice celery and carrot.
  • Chop onion.
  • In a large sauce pan combine all of the ingredients aside from milk.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked, remove most of the cauliflower.
  • Place the cauliflower into a blender with the milk.
  • Pour the cauliflower mixture back into the soup and stir. Enjoy!
