Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • chopped protein bar ((I love these ones))
  • drizzle of peanut butter
  • sprinkle of chia seeds
  • sprinkle of cacao nibs

Instruction

  • Add the oats and milk into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Continue to stir and cook until thickened.
  • Add to a bowl, and top with any toppings you'd like!
