Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Tilapia filets
  • Lemon for garnish
  • 1/2 cup feta crumbled
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instruction

  • Mix together mint sauce in a food processor or blender
  • Coat tilapia
  • Seal in bag with vacuum sealer
  • Cook in Sous Vide oven heated to 126 degrees for 20-30 minutes
  • Remove from pouch, squeeze a little lemon over the top and serve with additional mint sauce for dipping.
