The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 pounds russet potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Peel and dice potatoes into 1-inch cubes and place into a large saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes, until fork tender.
- Drain and place potatoes into a large bowl. Add cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
