Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 packed cups of chopped ripe mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat, canned)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • honey (if needed)

Instruction

  • Add the mango, coconut milk and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste the mixture and add sweetener if needed.
  • Pour into popiscle molds and freeze until solid.
