The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Ice (as needed)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Taste and add more dates, cinnamon, or ice as needed. Enjoy!
