Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk (For a paleo version, reduce by 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup erythritol (For a paleo version, use 1/2 cup maple syrup instead)
- 1/2 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Popsicle mold
- Popsicle sticks
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. The mixture should be creamy and thick.
- Divide the mixture into 6 popsicle molds.
- Push down the popsicle sticks into the middle of the mold.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- When ready to eat, run the mold under warm water to remove the fudgesicles easily.
