Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk (For a paleo version, reduce by 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup erythritol (For a paleo version, use 1/2 cup maple syrup instead)
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. The mixture should be creamy and thick.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 popsicle molds.
  • Push down the popsicle sticks into the middle of the mold.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • When ready to eat, run the mold under warm water to remove the fudgesicles easily.
