Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 pounds Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops {approx. 4 chops}
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 10 1/2 ounces Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup {1 can}
  • 14.5 ounces Chicken Broth {1 can}
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar

Instruction

  • Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot
  • Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
  • After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot
  • In medium bowl, mix together Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Pepper and Sugar.
  • Add Campbell’s soup to medium bowl and combine thoroughly.
  • Pour mixture over Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!!
