Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • ¼ cup champagne vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dry basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, whisk vinegar, sugar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, celery salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and Dijon mustard.
  • While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. (Helpful hint: Place a towel under your bowl so it stays in one place while you whisk).
  • Whisk in the mayonnaise and serve.
