The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 cups diced cantaloupe
  • 2 cups quartered strawberries ((about 10-14 medium strawberries))
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves (, finely diced)
  • 1 (5.3-oz) container So Delicious Dairy Free® Key Lime yogurt alternative
  • 6-8 graham cracker squares

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients from the pinapple to the So Delicious Dairy Free® Key Lime yogurt alternative and mix well. To serve, scoop the fruit salad in a bowl and crush a graham cracker over the top.
