Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 30 ounces organic tomato sauce
  • 2 cups full fat canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons organic cane sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • sliced green onions for garnish

Instruction

  • Put the organic tomato sauce and the coconut milk in a pan and whisk together over medium heat.
  • Add the sugar and spices and stir well.
  • Cook on medium low heat until the soup is heated through. Do not boil.
  • Serve topped with green onions and more salt and pepper if desired.
