Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups English cucumber (thinly sliced (about 2 cucumbers))
- 1/2 small red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 lemon- zest & juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
Instruction
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice and zest, dill, garlic, salt & pepper together in a small mixing bowl.
- Combine cucumber, onion, and yogurt mixture together and serve.
