Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 large English cucumber, cut lengthwise, seeded, then sliced
- 3 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- Dressing:
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 lime, or lemon juice AND zest of
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder, or 1 minced garlic clove
- ½ tsp onion powder, or 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill, roughly chopped and more to garnish
Instruction
- In a glass bowl or jar, whisk to combine all dressing ingredients really well.
- Add in the tomatoes, celery and cucumber. Gently stir to coat well.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
