Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 cups salsa
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened and cubed)
  • 1.5 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
  • tortilla chips

Instruction

  • Mix together your salsa, cream cheese, shredded cheese and browned ground beef in a 2.5-3 quart crock pot
  • Cover and cook on low for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Serve with tortilla chips
