Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 to 2 cloves peeled garlic (roughly chopped)
- 2 green onions (sliced (light and dark green part))
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instruction
- Add the cilantro, garlic, green onions, salt, honey, lime zest, juice, cider vinegar and greek yogurt into your blender or food processor. Cover and pulse until chopped.
- Remove the center plug (if using a blender) and cover with a towel. With the motor running, slowly pour in the olive oil and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
