Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 to 2 cloves peeled garlic (roughly chopped)
  • 2 green onions (sliced (light and dark green part))
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instruction

  • Add the cilantro, garlic, green onions, salt, honey, lime zest, juice, cider vinegar and greek yogurt into your blender or food processor. Cover and pulse until chopped.
  • Remove the center plug (if using a blender) and cover with a towel. With the motor running, slowly pour in the olive oil and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
