Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 avocado (halved and pitted)
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- salt (to taste)
- salad greens (to serve)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a high speed food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy. Check for seasoning and add more salt or chili flakes to taste. Serve over salad greens.
