Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 avocado (halved and pitted)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • salt (to taste)
  • salad greens (to serve)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy. Check for seasoning and add more salt or chili flakes to taste. Serve over salad greens.
