Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 6 Pieces Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Small Tomatoes
- 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 16 oz Penne Pasta
Instruction
- Cut the chicken breasts into approximately 1 inch strips.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with the salt and pepper and cook until brown on each side (approximately 4-6 minutes).
- While the chicken is cooking, cook the pasta in a separate pan based on the package instructions.
- Once the chicken is done cooking in the skillet, add in the butter, tomatoes, garlic, paprika and Italian seasoning. Sauté on medium for 4-7 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
- Then add in the spinach and cook for a few minutes until it's wilted.
- Stir in the heavy whipping cream and parmesan. Cook until the cheese is melted and cream is thoroughly combined.
- Stir in the cooked pasta right before serving and enjoy!
