Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 6 Pieces Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Small Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 16 oz Penne Pasta

Instruction

  • Cut the chicken breasts into approximately 1 inch strips.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with the salt and pepper and cook until brown on each side (approximately 4-6 minutes).
  • While the chicken is cooking, cook the pasta in a separate pan based on the package instructions.
  • Once the chicken is done cooking in the skillet, add in the butter, tomatoes, garlic, paprika and Italian seasoning. Sauté on medium for 4-7 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
  • Then add in the spinach and cook for a few minutes until it's wilted.
  • Stir in the heavy whipping cream and parmesan. Cook until the cheese is melted and cream is thoroughly combined.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta right before serving and enjoy!
