Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 -10 jumbo chicken tenders
- 8 - 10 slices provolone cheese
- 4-5 slices black forest deli ham
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken
- 3/4 cup milk
- 8 - 10 tablespoons bread crumbs
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the chicken tenders on the bottom of a glass 9x13 baking dish. Fit as many as you can without overlapping. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place 1 slice of cheese on each chicken tender, you may need to fold you provolone cheese in half so that it fits on top, depending on how it sliced.
- Place a half piece of ham on top of the cheese. Roll up if needed so that it is sitting directly on top of the cheese and not falling off.
- In a small mixing bowl add cream of chicken and milk. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the cream of chicken mixture over the chicken tenders. Then top each piece of ham with about a tablespoon of bread crumbs.
- Please in preheated oven and bake 30-35 minutes until completely cooked all the way through.
- Remove from oven and serve with veggies and a rolls or just eat on its own.
