Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 1/2 kg chicken breast fillet diced
- 5 bacon rashers diced
- 40 g French onion soup mix
- 600 ml thickened cream
- 1 brown onion diced large
- 1/2 garlic clove diced finely chopped
- 1 capsicum diced
- 2 1/2 cup rice cooked
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Brown the chicken breast, add bacon, onion, garlic and capsicum, cook until onion softens.
- In a casserole dish, stir together the soup mix and cream.
- Add the cooked ingredients and combine well.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken has cooked through.
