Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 1/2 kg chicken breast fillet diced
  • 5 bacon rashers diced
  • 40 g French onion soup mix
  • 600 ml thickened cream
  • 1 brown onion diced large
  • 1/2 garlic clove diced finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum diced
  • 2 1/2 cup rice cooked

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Brown the chicken breast, add bacon, onion, garlic and capsicum, cook until onion softens.
  • In a casserole dish, stir together the soup mix and cream.
  • Add the cooked ingredients and combine well.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken has cooked through.
