Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head cauliflower (broken into florets )
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper (diced)
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated (I used grated Romano cheese))
Instruction
- Place cauliflower in a large saucepan filled with one inch water.
- Heat/steam until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl.
- Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, Ritz crackers, bell peppers and salt.
- Spoon ingredients into a a greased 8x12” glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (Romano or Italian cheese blend).
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
