Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head cauliflower (broken into florets )
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated (I used grated Romano cheese))

Instruction

  • Place cauliflower in a large saucepan filled with one inch water.
  • Heat/steam until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl.
  • Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, Ritz crackers, bell peppers and salt.
  • Spoon ingredients into a a greased 8x12” glass baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (Romano or Italian cheese blend).
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
