Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups fresh cauliflower florets
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 3-4 slices crisp-cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instruction
- In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower, broccoli and red onion together.
- Add dressing, using only as much as you need--you may not have to use the entire amount.
- Fold in the bacon.
- Cover and chill for about 2-4 hours before serving.
- Any remaining dressing may be stored, covered, in the fridge and used for other salads.
