Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups fresh cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3-4 slices crisp-cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower, broccoli and red onion together.
  • Add dressing, using only as much as you need--you may not have to use the entire amount.
  • Fold in the bacon.
  • Cover and chill for about 2-4 hours before serving.
  • Any remaining dressing may be stored, covered, in the fridge and used for other salads.
