Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 ½ cups blueberries (*fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup quick oats (*certified gluten free if necessary)
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (*optional)

Instruction

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If it is too thick add a bit more water until you have reached your desired consistency.
  • Drink immediately or store covered in the fridge for up to 6 hours.
