Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 ½ cups blueberries (*fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup quick oats (*certified gluten free if necessary)
- 1-2 scoops protein powder (*optional)
Instruction
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If it is too thick add a bit more water until you have reached your desired consistency.
- Drink immediately or store covered in the fridge for up to 6 hours.
