Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large avocados
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup white onion (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (or parsley or dill) (more or less to taste)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup tomatillo or other vegetable juice

Instruction

  • Puree the first 4 ingredients in a blender and then thin to desired consistency with the tomatillo (or other vegetable) juice.
